The following is provided to assist all fellow jewelry enthusiasts placing orders with K. Boulet Designs. For additional questions and support, please contact me directly for further assistance.

What if I would like one of your designs made with a different gemstone, metal choice, or in a different length?

I will be glad to honor your request to the best of my ability. In the case that something needs to be special ordered to create your handmade piece of jewelry, a delay of 7-10 days is to be expected.

Will my jewelry be exactly the same as in the image?

Unless an item is indicated as a one of a kind piece, your handcrafted jewelry may vary slightly from that in the image. Although I endeavor to faithfully recreate my limited edition pieces, the slight variations found in natural gemstones and pearls will make the jewelry I make for you all the more unique. The lengths given are a very close approximate. Any variations will be due to the nature of working with wire and natural gemstones.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via USPS, insured, with delivery confirmation and tracking.    A valid phone number and address is required for all shipments.

What is the cost of shipping and handling?

I am pleased to offer a flat rate of six dollars for first class shipping.  You can overnight your package for a flat rate of $16.  International shipping is a flat rate of $19.

When will I get my order?

Your order will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days following the placement of your order. If time is of the essence, I will do my best to give your order priority.  I keep some pieces in stock and would be happy to indicate those that are available on short notice.  Most pieces are handmade especially for you, so if several pieces are ordered, please allow additional time.  Please contact me if you have any concerns.  You should receive your order within 2-3 days (in most cases) after we ship it.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks and PayPal.

All credit card payments are processed securely onsite via PayPal encryption. This website utilizes a powerful plugin which securely transmits credit card information directly to PayPal’s servers. A PayPal account is not necessary for making secure payment but is an option. Personal checks are to be made out to “K. Boulet Designs” and must be received and processed prior to an order being shipped.

What if I prefer not to place my order over the internet?

Although payments are securely processed with PayPal and internet orders are encouraged, you may also place an order by telephone or email if you prefer. To place a telephone order, choose the items you wish to order and call me at 1-(940)-391-1697 with your delivery and credit card information. You can also email your order to kathryn@kbouletdesigns.com.

How can I check the status of my order?

Feel free to email us. Be sure to mention your order number and your name.

Do you accept international orders?

We accept international orders via our website for the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Switzerland, Spain and Mexico. If your country is not listed, we would be happy to process your order via email or phone. Our website accepts payment in U.S. dollar currency only. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and/or taxes. This is not a charge from K. Boulet Designs. You may contact your local Customs office for more information regarding these charges.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders billed or shipped within the state of Texas (8.25%).

What is your return policy and warranty?

Sale items and items received as gifts can only be returned for credit for future purchases from this website.

All products are covered by our LIMITED WARRANTY. Although I take every precaution, if the product is determined within 30 days to have a defect (although each piece is handmade and slight variations are to be expected and are not to be considered a defect) we will repair or replace it at no cost. If you are unhappy with your selection, you may return it within 10 days of receiving it. You must email us for a return authorization. Also, the item must be in the original package, to not have been worn, and must have the tags still attached. When we receive the item in an unused condition we will credit your account minus the shipping costs. We will not issue credits for items without a return authorization.

All return postage must be pre-paid, insured for your own protection, and in the original box. We do not accept returns that are not shipped in a box, as the jewelry could easily have been damaged in transit. Once an item is sold, K. Boulet Designs cannot be held responsible for any damages due to wear, negligence, modification, or misuse. Delicate chains require delicate handling and sleeping in them is not recommended. Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise credit only.

If you return a product outside of these guidelines, your credit or exchange may be delayed or refused.
